November Wedding at Falls Manor | Bristol, PA

We are SO excited to share Sam & Edgar’s love story. It all started in college, at Penn State Abington. In Sam’s junior year and Edgar’s senior year, they met because Sam was on the executive board of Lion Ambassadors (Penn State tour guides) and Edgar applied to be one too. After Edgar’s interview, a group of mutual friends got together for dinner to celebrate the start of a new year. Sam sprained her arm earlier in the day and came in a splint. Edgar kept checking on her throughout the night and when it was time to leave he walked her to her car like a gentleman. She fell for him instantly and practically fought her friends on the executive board to call Edgar and tell him that he could be apart of Lion Ambassadors. After that, the rest is history!

They ended up going on a trip to Disney World with Sam’s cousins. While they were there, Edgar asked to take a picture near the castle. He then popped the question next to the castle while one of the stage shows was going on. Fireworks went off and everything!! (TALK ABOUT MAGIC!!!) One of the best parts though was that Edgar completely surprised Sam by flying her mom down to Florida to witness the proposal. Leading up to the trip Sam kept bugging her mom to come to Florida too and she kept saying no. Sam had absolutely NO idea and a lot of tears were shed!
The first part of their wedding day was spent capturing a sweet first look, at Delaware Canal State Park, with so many candid moments! When Edgar saw his beautiful bride for the first time, he was a little choked up! It was adorable how Edgar kept blaming it (being emotional) on his father, who is also an emotional guy (it made for such a heartfelt moment!!). Sam LOVED her veil and so we made sure to capture it in some unique ways too.
When the ceremony started you could just feel the love in the room. There were many happy tears shared. In keeping with the theme of the proposal, they used touches of rose gold and some Princess/Disney elements throughout the reception (such as the guest book, centerpieces, cake topper, and floor monogram). Not only that, but there was so many sweet touches to their decor (Like the paw prints on their cake!). The light bulb wall at Falls Manor made for a magical backdrop for couples and family portraits as well.  OF COURSE, the memorable night ended with a bit of sparkle! The perfect send-off for their Happily Ever After.
